Ice Cream Ball

Normally we have frozen banana ice cream at home.

Frozen banana ice cream is super easy to make. Here is my simple recipe: Freeze bananas in small pieces. When you are ready for ice cream, place the frozen bananas in a blender with whatever else you desire, like chocolate chips or strawberries. Blend them until smooth, and you have yummy and healthy ice cream.

However, this time we decided to give a try to real homemade ice cream, made with heavy whipping cream.

Several years ago gramma had given us an ice cream ball, and today was our day to give it a try.

The secret of the ice cream ball is to roll it and roll it, and roll it again.
