New Wheels, New Adentures

What a wonderful thing it is to learn something new.

Principe and Princesa got to try their first big kids bike ride this summer. And they are doing fantastic! The sight of excitement in their eyes was a delight to experience.

The mix of many emotions was evident. Challenge, fear, joy, adventure, doubt, determination.... All at the same time. All with high intensity.

The first day we rode to the end of our street and spent close to one hour there. We have been bringing our bikes to different places. They are learning how to maneuver on different types of terrain, learning to climb, and to go downhill. What a joy to see them.

Learning something new is so exciting. To break out of the normality and try something that is out of the pattern, can be very challenging, can create fear, but the results many times are wonderful.
