A day to remember in the life of a city child. We sing about farm, we read about farms, we talk about farms, but could we ever ride a tractor, and eat fresh corn out of the fields? We had our chance!
Principe and Princesa still talk about it often. The farmer and his wife were so sweet to us and showed us all around. They allowed us to ride their tractors. They showed us how they grow all of their own vegetables. They shared of all their goodies. They got our minds into the world of farming and simple living. :)
