Have you ever entrusted your traveling plans to someone else?
When it comes to travel agencies, there is good ones and there is the best one. Well, we entrusted our 5 and a half weeks of international travel to the best of the best. We entrusted everything in our trip to God. We are more than satisfied. We are in amazement. WOW!
This past summer we found ourselves on an incredible journey as we ventured into a land not familiar to us. God had an amazing plan for us. Every day of the trip was filled with wonder. We had the opportunity to meet sweet people, visit historic places, enjoy delicious food, learn words in a new language, and make new friendships.
The kidDOS learned to use all kinds of different ways of public transportation. Ferry, funicular, tramway, bus, mini-bus, dolmush (some type of collective taxi in a van), and sea-bus. We enjoyed the experiences of buying food in the local markets without being able to communicate well with the vendors. We also loved making friends with some of the children from this country.
Trusting God was the key ingredient that made our journey so special. I desire to live every day of our lives completely entrusting all that we are to God. He is the only one able to turn a mundane day into a remarkable delight.
