Our decision about education: We will homeschool!
It has been a long process arriving to this point. I was remembering how 3 years ago I went on to visit all the private school we were interested in, I visited the charter schools in the area, and some other university model (2 days school/3 days homeschool) schools. We researched as much as we could about home education and started to consider the different options. God has given us a great assurance that our decision is the correct one.
I am so excited about this new season in life.
We got our materials all lined up.
We built a home school room, which we call the Thinkery.
We joined a Co-Op group called Classical Conversations.
We are part of a local homeschool group for social activities.
Our goal for home education is to impart into our children a love for God, a love for others, and a love for learning.
