Gymnastics, Olympics and Prayer


One of the first group classes the kidDOS participated in was a tumbling gymnastics class where parents and children work together to master new skills.

Visiting daddy's office

Do you have memories going to your daddy's work place?  I do have great memories about those special days when I got to go to my daddy's ("papi" in Spanish) office and I also remember having a can of soda from his break-room area and sitting at his desk.

National Hispanic Heritage Month

There is a never ending conversation in our household about defining our role and identity as a multicultural and bilingual family. Our children are part American and part Mexican. Never just Mexico and Spanish, or just the USA and English. So, how much of each is enough or sufficient. And how to allow them to develop their own national identity.
